This stunning 13-story art deco landmark in the heart of downtown Los Angeles underwent a conversion to a mixed-use condo development including ground-floor retail.
The original architectural details, colors and finishes inspired our design of new interior and exterior architectural signage elements.

Our next challenge: show prospective tenants the potential of the retail spaces in this emerging live/work neighborhood. Large-scale illuminated graphics layered in the windows brought the block to life, showing both the residential and commercial possibilities of this 1930s jewel.
