Reflecting both the neighboring community and clientele for this mixed-use development, inspiration was drawn from Korean letterforms, patterns, idioms and culture. This new visual identity extended to advertising and leasing as well as an extensive signage system, including a 4-story signage beacon for the neighborhood.
