Nature, with its inherent ability to inspire and heal, often serves as a catalyst for the human journey toward wellness. This connection between the natural world and the built environment is brought to life through our environmental graphics in several Kaiser Permanente facilities across Southern California, where design reflects and supports the client’s innovative approach to healthcare. Patients encounter these graphics in a range of scales and intensities, engaging with patterns, textures, photography, and color throughout their visits, each carefully selected to resonate with the local landscape—whether it’s the bellflower tree in Bellflower or the poppies blooming in the hillsides of Murrieta. Additionally, text overlays featuring the words of regional authors evoke the poetic rhythms of nature, further enhancing the immersive experience.
