Located on the Pacific Coast Highway, this three-building corporate campus was in need of a refresh. With concepts centered around minimizing the ‘corporate’ vibe, we leaned into a more relaxed, elevated and connected look-and-feel to the project. We were tasked with updating positioning language, creating a new brand identity and name as well as website and leasing & marketing materials.
Formerly know as Pacific Corporate Towers, we decided to retain the acronym but change it to Pacific Coast Towers. Our new logo references the signature Southern California sunset, the letter “C” and a dynamic and approachable circle.
This project was taken only through concept design.
